My name is Don Mapua and my role at GoSearch is a PPC Manager which means my days generally include optimizing Google Ads account of our clients to ensure campaign goals are met.
What’s your morning ritual to set you up for a productive day?
Meditate for half an hour followed by a brief yoga workout then cold shower. I’ll then prepare a hot apple cider vinegar with honey drink and a tumbler of water. I’ll probably start checking emails and ad campaigns while sipping my drink if not afterwards.
Your favourite thing about your job is…
Flexibility. Most of the accounts I’m handling doesn’t require me to carry it out in person and not be bounded by a fixed schedule. That means I can practically work from anywhere and anytime.
Where do you want to be in five years?
Still working here with more accounts, a bigger team, wealthier, and still in good health.
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a killer week at work?
Go on a motorcycle ride with my ride buddies! I like the sense of acceleration and intoxicating sound of a motorcycle. At the same time being able to go easily to scenic places and get a taste of their delicacies.
How did you get to where you are now at GoSearch?
Honesty, diligence, and of course, my ever supportive team and boss!
If you could have any other job what would it be?
A farmer. I like the ability to raise your own food and being close to nature.
